Preseason Dissaray For Cowboys Newcomers

If you stopped viewing the preseason game after Tony Romo and the Dallas Cowboys starters left the field then you saved yourself from the misery of how the game went. Starting the game off with a quick and effective drive the Starting team played out one drive and then Most starters left the field for backups to show what they are made of. It still looked hopeful as the defense forced the Chargers to punt until Rookie punt returner Amendola fumbles the punt after not securing the ball properly on the return, giving the chargers excellent field position that they would cap off with a 1 yard touchdown run from rookie LSU star Jacob Hester.

It got even worse as Brad Johnson was quickly intercepted by Quentin Jammer of the Chargers. The dismantling of the Cowboys went on for most of the game until a shine of light at the end when we came back from 31-7 to only lose 31-17.

Some may say it's only preseason but the Cowboys backups played a game to forget. The starters showed brilliance but after taken out the game went downhill for Cowboys fans. Although the stands were scattered with all sorts of Cowboys fans the game was a big dissapointment for Dallas. It's only a start to a season that many believe will end with Romo becoming superbowl MVP, but the team has to pick it up unless they want to have another early playoff exit, just like the previous 2 years.
