Head Coach Wade Phillips was confident his more active role would help the defense and help the Cowboys win. BOOM! Dallas held the Bucs to 9 points, the fewest points given up by the Big D defense this season. How do you win on a measley 172 total yards of offense against an adequate Tampa Bay defense? Howz about a little help from your friends? Yup, they got it. By stalling the Bucs twice in the Red to hold them to two field goals, conservative quarterback play with Johnson, and oh yeah a little bit of "You do what you do, I do what I do" attitude on the field stomping out a last second potential game winning drive on their own 18 yard line to end the game.
