year with the addition of Gerald Sensebaugh and the emergence of 2nd year players Mike Jenkins and Orlando Scandrick. Right now no one is on the same page, and a lot of the blame has to fall on Wade Phillips. For a coach who is certainly on the hot seat and who also serves as the defensive coordinator, he hasn’t been able to work any magic at the start of the season. This defense made the Buccaneers look like an offensive juggernaut and ultimately couldn’t make the crucial stop to put this game away.

Jenkins vs. Scandrick 2
For most football fans, the battle between Orlando Scandrick and Mike Jenkins for the Dallas Cowboys’ starting right cornerback spot is quite insignificant. They are both second year players attempting to replace a second tier veteran in Anthony Henry. e Cowboys second first-round pick, seems to be the leader of the pack for the number four spot, but Orlando Scandrick, a steal in the fifth round, could make a push in training camp. Barring that, Scandrick will be competing with Evan Oglesby, Alan Ball, and Quincy Butler for that fifth spot. While Scandrick has loads of upside, each player brings something to the table. During mini-camps, Deion Sanders stopped by and told gathered media to keep an eye out for Oglesby. I think it's fair to say that Prime Time knows his way around the cornerback position.
