Troy Aikman

29 September 2009

He didn’t get on him like Troy Aikman used to get on his guys but cut the guy some slack…his voice isn’t as deep.  But he did have the wherewithal to stand outside of the huddle during the substitutions so the Cowboys didn’t get a 12-men in the huddle penalty.  In short, I am actually proud of Romo for his performance last night and the ‘Boys will need similar execution if they want to go anywhere this season.

gotta go" Buck.

   Go Joe Buck yourself.

How many of you were sick to death when Troy Aikman's midget sidekick, Joe Buck, kept bringing up the Cowboys horrible record in December, over and over again.  Even when they were up by 10 in the 4th, he kept bringing it up, and repeating himself.  At one point, I was trying to pull the Jedi Mind trick on Aikman through the tv, and make him choke Joe Buck.  Unfortunately, it didn't take, maybe i wasn't doing it right.  One things for sure, If I ever see that bastard at an airport car rental, he's not getting the car he wants, and may end up in the trunk.  But enough about gay midgets.  Troy at times seemed to show some favor to his old team.  I began to feel hopeful, then he began to be non-biased Snakeman again.  Can't blame him for choosing the winner, but if I were a millionaire, i would put a wedgie hit on him.  That's right, I'd put a high dollar amount on the first, second and third wedgie attacks on Troy.  They would need a team, one that takes the picture, and on that does the actual wedgie.  The act is harmless enough, but the pictures would do something for my soul.  One thing is for sure, at the beginning of every game, when it's clear that who the broadcasting team would be, and the images of Troy and gaylord Joe would appear on my screen, i would die a little inside.  Why not Darryl Johnston?  The moose and the goose!  That I can live with.

see Johnson next year on any team.

Speaking of punk a** quarterbacks, what gives with Troy Aikman?  Every time he does a Cowboy game, it's as if he's a life long fan other team!  I've heard of a non-biased color commentator, but what Troy does is border line Bennedict Arnold, and without color.  That's right, i said it:

ut he can dig into the psychology of a coach’s play-calling better than anyone.

3. Troy Aikman—Unlike Emmitt, he is actually well-prepared, observant, and insightful.
