		<description><![CDATA[What better of a barometer of the organizational woes of the Cowboys, than the fact that a respectable coach like a Dan Reeves can only last a whopping 3 days before packing up and leaving town.&nbsp; Jerry Jones has done well when he has hired personel that would &quot;stand up&quot; to him and not back down.&nbsp; However one can tell that he is not particulary happy during said times.&nbsp; (Why else would you let Jimmy Johnson leave town?)&nbsp; Therefore we find ourselves once again with a powder puff coach that is leaching talent from the former &quot;enforcer type coach&quot; (Parcels).&nbsp; Wade Phillips has become no better than a Chan Gailey or Dave Campo.&nbsp; Granted Parcels wasn't the best coach, but do you really think that a Parcels coached team would have went to Philly i<p><a href="http://www.dallascowboysnews.com/shofner/weblog/6442/gone-off-the-reservation.html">Continue reading "Gone Off The Reservation"</a></p>]]></description>
