" It's becoming more and more flag football, two hand touch"  Thank you Troy Polamalu.  Just so you know, Troy is arguably the best safety in the NFL.  Troy is the definition of the systematic destruction of anything and everything in the way, even his own body.   Just hit something, even if it's your own teammate.  Here is a four time pro bowl safety speaking out against the " let's not hurt anyone " NFL.  Could ya take defense out of the game just a little more!!!  Maybe I'm biased, I'm the 10-7 in the 4th quarter, bloody, body parts hanging, kicking, screaming, clawing in 20 degree weather with so much mud that you can't tell who is who football fan.  Defence BABY!!!!!  What's the saying?
