Have ya heard?  The league is talking about adding two more games to the regular season.  Going from 16 regular season games to 18. More or less playing 2 preseason games and starting the season 2 weeks earlier. Sounds great to me.  More football!!!!  Coaches and players have been dissatisfied with 4 preseason games for years.  Losing starters due to injury in preseason is enough to make you want to pull your hair out.  So I say, if you lose a starter in week 1 or 2 and you win, at least you have something to show for it. But, from 16 to 18 games raises a few questions.  Well, more than the space I have to write about.  But anyway, 16 games in the NFL is a war of attrition and 18 games would be almost sadistic.  In my opinion, training

I would like to thank Jerry Jones for signing Adam Jones.  No, not Pacman.  He's in Dallas now so let's wipe the slate clean and call him Adam.  Anyway, with his addition the Newman situation isn't as troublesome as it would be.  And I have to be honest.  There seems to be a pattern of injury's when it comes to Newman.  He's one of the best all around DB's in the NFL, but if he's not playing, then it doesn't really matter now does it? I say start Jones and play Newman in Nickel and Dime packages. So once again, thank you Jerry and just so ya know. HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS. Peace-Mark

How bout them Cowboys !!! Total yds: 487, Pass yds: 320, Rushing yards: 167, 1st downs: 30, 8/11 on 3rd down and time of possesion: 37:29. Like I said, make a statement and leave no doubt. Mission accomplished. Pretty dominating considering many have picked the Browns to give the Steelers a run for the AFC North title. Romo who was 32/24 for 320 yds and a td took one on the chin and kept on rolling. Maybe that will put to rest the question of his toughness. Barber was the barbarian he always is with 80 yds and 2 tds. Felix Jones with 62 yds and a td looks good which will take a lot of pressure of Barber. It was said the Boys were thin at wideout but with 320 yds passing to 7 different players that question is answered. When you have T.O, Crayton, Witten and Barber

I left the most important pieces of the puzzle out of my click, click, boom blog on purpose.  I wanted to write an entire blog for the Big Dawgs up front, i.e the offensive line.  Can you say DOMINATION!!!  I think we can.  Romo could have done another ESPN commercial in the time he had to throw the football.  Darn, I could have played QB. Well, maybe not.  But anyway, the BIG DAWGS showed where football games are won.  In the trenches!!!!  That's right folks, If you can't control the line of scrimmage, just sit on the bench and drink Gatorade.  Dan Morino didn't do those Isotoner glove commercials for nothing.  If my memory serves me correctly, what was one of the first things the great Jimmy Johnson did in big D?&

Win the first one , make a statement and leave no doubt. We Cowboy fans have high expectations. We always have but this year it's a little more. After losing the 4th quarter in a close game with the Giants a taste of bitterness was left in the mouths of the Cowboy faithfull. Let's face it; don't lose the fourth quarter ever !!!! Not for any reason. I do not care if your ahead by fifty losing the 4th quarter is un-acceptable. Now that I've got that out of my system we can move on to the Browns. Should be a thumping coming on. Like I said, make a statement. The Giants were not that impressive against the Redskins who are in trouble anyway and handing out a whipping in week one will send a message to the defending Super Bowl champions. That message: see ya soon and oh by the way&nbs
